DIGIUS OÜ · TALLINN · ESTONIA

We build systems that make complex data usable.

Digius OÜ is an Estonian technology company based in Tallinn. We develop and operate software and data products that connect large amounts of fragmented information into a usable tool.

Today, we focus primarily on data from the European procurement market and Procurement Intelligence — on understanding the market, buyers, competitors, and sales opportunities.

Thinking like a product company. Precision like in engineering.

Digius did not emerge around a single website or consulting service. Over the years, we have built various vertical software products — from recruiting and quality management to project management, data processing, and market analysis.

The common problem of these systems was always the same: real value is created when scattered data, processes, and people become a clear workflow.

    Product Development

From problem to a functioning, scalable product.

Today, we are building the data layer of the European procurement market.

Public tenders contain an enormous amount of valuable business information — spread across different registers, documents, classifications, and formats.

Digius' goal is to transform this fragmented world into a structured and analyzable data layer.

We don't want to build another tender search. We want to describe the entire procurement market.

    01

    Data is fragmented

Information comes from multiple systems, users, or external sources.

    02

    Data needs structure

A unified data model makes information comparable.

    03

    Workflows need automation

Manual work becomes rules, background processes, and integrations.

    04

    Users need answers

A good product doesn't just show data — it helps to decide or accomplish something.

We don't start with technology. We start with the problem.

    01

    Problem

Which decision or work process is currently slow, expensive, or unclear?

    02

    Data

What information is actually needed for this decision?

    03

    Model

How do different sources become clear data and business logic?

    04

    Product

How does a complex system become simple for users?

    05

    Operation

How does the system continue to run, update, and evolve after the first version?

Less magic black box. More verifiable system.

    01

    Deterministic where possible

Identifiers, calculations, links, and business rules must be verifiable.

    02

    AI where it adds value

Language models are well-suited for analyzing documents, free text, and semantic information.

    03

    The original source is preserved

Derived information should be traceable back to the input data whenever possible.

    04

Automation does not mean loss of control

Background processes must be monitorable and recoverable after errors.

For us, AI is a tool within the system, not the system itself.

A product doesn't end at the user interface.

Behind Digius products work APIs, databases, integrations, processing queues, background processes, and monitoring.

For us, it's not just about how a product looks, but how it functions as data volume and usage grow.

Built in Estonia. Designed for the European market.

Digius OÜ is based in Tallinn. Estonia's digital public sector, machine-readable registers, and technology-driven business environment provide a natural background for a company whose work revolves around data and automation.

As a European Union company, we can build our products and data models from the ground up for the European market, for multilingualism, and the differences in local data sources.

    01

    Tallinn

Company headquarters and starting point for product development.

    02

    European Union

A common procurement market, but very different national data sources.

    03

    Multilingual

The architecture is designed for localized content, classifications, and markets.

Our next big task is the data layer for the European procurement market.

Our ambition is not to collect as many rows as possible. The goal is to make the procurement markets of different countries comparable and usable.

The roadmap describes a direction, not fixed dates.

    1. Germany

Deep buyer, competitor, and market analysis for the German procurement market.

    2. National Data Sources

Local procurement sources from other European markets.

    3. European Perspective

      TED and cross-border comparison.

    4. Company Data

Linking procurement data with company and market data.

    5. Data Products

Dashboard · Reports · API · Data feeds

    Principles we build by.

    01

    Usability over complexity

The most sophisticated technology is worthless if people cannot make decisions faster with it.

    02

    Data over opinion

Analysis must begin with measurable information.

    03

    Traceability

An important result must be explainable.

    04

    Reusable architecture

A good component, data model, or service should solve more than one use case.

    05

    Long-lasting product

We don't build for the demo. We build systems that can be further developed and operated.

    From projects to platform.

Digius' previous products have taught us very different problems — geographic search, mobile data collection, document analysis, workflow automation, and processing large external datasets.

Procurement Intelligence combines many of these capabilities into one system.
