One tender is a document. Thousands of tenders are a market.
Digius doesn't just display tenders. We continuously capture fragmented procurement and company data, clean, version and link entities, calculate historical correlations and turn raw data into market intelligence.

Open data is the beginning, not the end product.
Procurement notices are public, but scattered across different registers, formats and languages. A single notice doesn't tell you who is winning in the market, how prices are developing or what will happen next. Value is only created when data is standardized, linked and traceable over time.
Data comes from a source.
We do not generate procurement data ourselves. We use public sources and provide a reference to the origin for every value.

TED — Tenders Electronic Daily
Official EU journal for cross-border and large-scale tenders.
Commercial Register Open Data
Company master data, fields of activity and relationships used to assign bidders to a unique entity.
Public Tender Documents
Service descriptions, technical specifications and award criteria from which structure is extracted.
National and European Open Data
Classifiers and reference data: CPV, NUTS, currencies and regional authorities.
From raw data to analysis.
Collection
Sources are continuously monitored. New notices, amendments and documents are read in immediately upon publication.
Versioning
Every change to a notice is saved as a separate version. Nothing is overwritten — the history is preserved.
Normalization
Different formats, languages and classifiers are standardized: CPV, NUTS, currency, dates.
Resolution
The same company is recognized as a single entity despite different spellings and sources.
Enrichment
Data records are supplemented with commercial register information, previous tenders and document content.
Calculation
Market shares, award rates, price levels and buyer behavior patterns are calculated from the relationships.
The example is illustrative.
A tender does not exist in a vacuum.
Every tender is linked to a buyer, bidders, contract, industry, region and documents. It is precisely these relationships that make it possible to see the market — not just individual data records.
We don't just store fields. We calculate the relationships between them.
| Metric | How it is created |
|---|---|
| Bidder Award Rate | tenders won / tenders participated in during the period |
| Buyer-Bidder Relationship | recurring contracts between the same pair |
| Competitive Density | average number of bids per tender |
| Market Share | bidder's contract value / segment volume |
| Price Deviation | contract value vs. estimated value |

Data processing that never sleeps.
Digius' data processing runs on distributed infrastructure, where parallel collection, normalization, enrichment and analysis processes continuously process procurement market data. Dozens of parallel processing tasks control, link and calculate data independently of each other.
Automation makes the volume possible. Rules keep the data controllable.
Deterministic Processing
Classifiers, codes, sums, dates and weightings are processed based on rules. The result is controllable and reproducible.
AI and Semantic Analysis
AI helps to read free text and documents where rules are not sufficient. The result must always be derivable from the source text and undergoes the same controls.
Every number must be traceable back to the source.
Origin
Every value refers back to the source and notice from which it originates.
Versions
It is traceable what changed and when — even after a correction.
Quality Control
Automated tests check codes, weightings, sums and mandatory fields.
Reproducibility
The same input yields the same result. Calculations are repeatable.
Fragments become a data row.
| Tender | Construction work, Lot 2 |
|---|---|
| CPV | 45000000-7 |
| Value | 1,250,000 EUR |
| Criteria | Price 30 · Quality 70 |
| Bidder | Musterbau GmbH |
| Register Number | HRB 12345 |

We don't want to be just another procurement portal.
The portal shows a data record.
One notice, one page.
The search finds a tender.
If you know what you are looking for.
Data shows what happened.
And what is likely to happen next.
Ask the procurement market a question.
Who is winning in your segment? Which buyers are purchasing repeatedly? Where is the market heading? The answer is in the data.
